fidget camp 2025

where artists, engineers, and creative technologists gather for 9 days to teach, learn, and put on a show.

I was selected to lead a workshop on Knotting and Tapestry. We covered four classic knots and how they can be composed into 2d works of art that suit each artist’s style.

Then we had three days to conceptualize and activate the Pebblebed gallery space with tech infused art and design

you can rest here - Sitoë Thiam

pojagi patchwork cushions sewn from secondhand fabrics, and lined with glowing el-wire

these cushions were placed in an area accessible but apart from the main gallery space. they surrounded the slide flute drone instrument built by another artist. together we we able to create a space of recovery for artists and exhibition viewers. in a show filled to the brim with excitement surrounding the new, we relied on old and analog technologies to ground and allow reflection for anyone who came to sit
